Yes. Both in-person and virtual sessions are available. In-person sessions are held in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Virtual sessions are available for clients anywhere in Texas. Many attorneys find that virtual sessions are more convenient for parties who are geographically separated — and Traci runs them with the same preparation and engagement as in-person.

The intake form asks for your name and firm, the case type, number of parties, urgency level, and any notes that would help Traci prepare. The more specific you can be about known sticking points, prior mediation history, or party dynamics, the better prepared Traci will be. She reviews every intake personally before confirming.
